We were blown away by this exceptionally over the top restaurant. The arrival, the staff, the bar/drinks, food quality and service (especially product knowledge) was outstanding. We had the steak tartar (maybe the best I’ve ever had, octopus, guacamole with lump crab, and a duck confit dish with tortillas. Everything was spot on. Such innovative and creative food. It is definitely pricey, but the quality is 100% there. Our portion sizes were quite nice too. The apps are plenty to share. Our bartender Tony and server Francisco provided an unforgettable experience. The picture of the “corn on the cob” is actually cheeecake!....our dessert.

Let’s start with the host stand, Michael, Caroline, and Manager Taylor are there to greet you with such a family like attitude. It’s super luxurious. Walking through the terrace to your table really makes you feel like you’re apart of the vision this restaurant has. You want Michelin style service? This is the place for you. The server, Christian, and the assistants Kyle, and Allen really drove the experience for me. Ceviche De Hamachi, and Ceiba Guacamole to start. Steak dish, aka, “arrachera” for the main course. Just an unreal flavorful experience. Recommend the treasure, the best cocktail I’ve ever head, but that was before I had the Cafe De Olla, which was a mezcal beverage with a bit of chocolate and some cafe as well. I could go on about how this place really impresses you, but from the Front of the House, to the ones who deliver your food in Jose and Jesus, it’s just a truly phenomenal experience and it was for me and my family. Give the cincuenta cincuenta a try if you are into old fashioned types of beverages. The managers Rob and Taylor made sure everything was the way it should be and will help you feel at home. Christian brought phenomenal service, some of the most luxurious I’ve ever felt. 10/10 this place deserves the reviews and attention it gets.

We had an incredible evening at Ceiba Restaurant inside the Conrad Hotel in Orlando, and the highlight of our night was undoubtedly our amazing waitress, Mimi. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcomed and taken care of with genuine warmth and attentiveness that elevated the entire experience. Mimi has an exceptional knack for recommendations — she introduced us to an Old Fashioned made with Reposado that was absolutely next-level, and her suggestion for the spicy margarita was spot on: bold, balanced, and unforgettable. Her knowledge of the menu, cocktails, and perfect pairings really enhanced our time there. The restaurant itself is a gem — beautiful ambiance, refined yet relaxed atmosphere, and a menu that offers both creativity and flavor in every bite. But it was Mimi’s service that truly made the night special. She struck the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, making us feel like VIPs without being overbearing. We do wish we would have made a reservation to be able to sit with the view of the Lagoon which is AMAZING! Definitely make sure to reserve with time. Thanks to Mimi, we had an evening we won’t forget. We’ll definitely be back — and next time, we’re asking for her by name!

Spent my 5 year anniversary with my husband here last week and was absolutely blown away! From the food, drinks, ambiance... and the service was the best part. Was running late to our reso and the hostess staff (I believe his name was John or frank?) was so patient and accommodating. To then being sat with Chris! So knowledgeable in the menu with recommendations and so friendly. The best service I’ve ever had and this is coming from a bartender & server herself. It was one of the most amazing nights of my life and I think everyone should take a note out of Christian’s book because he is top notch man! Thanks to ceiba & the wonderful staff working that June 25th evening; you all made it so beautiful and special.

Christian was our server and guided us through the drink and food menu. Everything was amazing. The views over looking the Conrad Evermore Resort and we got to see fireworks from Disney. Ceiba is a vibe!! A must eat in Orlando.

The service was so impressive, easily meeting Forbes level standards. Our server, a kind and attentive young woman named Mimi, added the perfect finishing touch to an already remarkable evening. The dining experience was exceptional. The cuisine was outstanding, each dish prepared to perfection. The view of the Disney fireworks was truly unmatched, offering what I believe to be the best vantage point in all of Orlando. Dining at this establishment was a true delight from start to finish.

We had an amazing experience at Ceiba. This restaurant reminds me of a luxury resort I stayed at in Mexico. My server Hicham welcomed us with warm open arms, he was so knowledgeable about the menu and the different food options. I will definitely be coming back again!
